JAGN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAGN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAGN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, RPS24P1, and RNU7-97P. Each is linked with JAGN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAGN1-to-partner and partner-to-JAGN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by JAGN1-low versus JAGN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAGN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAGN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
