Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL382P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL382P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SKCM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL382P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RN7SL382P RNA expression shows 12,860 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight SKCM, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SL382P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
