Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JAG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JAG2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher JAG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JAG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where JAG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
