Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,367 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCC2, NUDT14, and COPG1. Each is linked with JAG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG2-to-partner and partner-to-JAG2 results are reported.
