JAG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,352 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRHR2, ST3GAL3, and PGPEP1. Each is linked with JAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG2-to-partner and partner-to-JAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
