Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,252 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-delta T cell differentiation, Post-transcriptional gene silencing, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with JAG2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG2-to-partner and partner-to-JAG2 results are reported.
