Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AN1, ADAMTSL2, and MIR6856. Each is linked with JAG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAG1-to-partner and partner-to-JAG1 results are reported.
