JADE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JADE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JADE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYOX1L, POC1A, and NDUFAF3. Each is linked with JADE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JADE1-to-partner and partner-to-JADE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JADE1 versus PCYOX1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JADE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JADE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
