JADE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JADE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JADE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and FASN. Each is linked with JADE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JADE1-to-partner and partner-to-JADE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by JADE1-low versus JADE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JADE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JADE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
