IZUMO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 452 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1178P, RN7SL237P, and RN7SKP252. Each is linked with IZUMO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO4-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1178P grouped by IZUMO4-low versus IZUMO4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
