IZUMO1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,054 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chemotaxis, Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with IZUMO1R in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO1R-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
