IZUMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IZUMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,553 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GALNT2, MCAM, and COG1. Each is linked with IZUMO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO1 versus GALNT2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IZUMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IZUMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
