Across TCGA cell cohorts, IZUMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,902 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fusion of sperm to egg plasma membrane involved in single fertilization, Muscle filament sliding, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with IZUMO1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO1 results are reported.
