Across TCGA cell cohorts, IZUMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IZUMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2 and RBMXL2. Each is linked with IZUMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IZUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-IZUMO1 results are reported.
