Across TCGA patient cohorts, IYD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,207 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IYD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL2, TSPAN1, and VWA5A. Each is linked with IYD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IYD-to-partner and partner-to-IYD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IYD versus SH3BGRL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
