IYD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IYD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,754 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IYD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM252, SGK2, and MAP2K6. Each is linked with IYD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IYD-to-partner and partner-to-IYD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IYD versus TMEM252 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IYD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IYD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
