IYD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IYD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,379 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IYD-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLD2, MRPS2, and DPP9. Each is linked with IYD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IYD-to-partner and partner-to-IYD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLD2 grouped by IYD-low versus IYD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IYD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IYD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
