Across TCGA cell cohorts, IYD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IYD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of GTPase activity, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Negative regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transporter activity. Each is linked with IYD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IYD-to-partner and partner-to-IYD results are reported.
