Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IVL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,244 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR1B, TMEM40, and GRHL1. Each is linked with IVL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IVL-to-partner and partner-to-IVL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IVL versus SPRR1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→IVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
