IVD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IVD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IVD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-680P, TRAJ21, and RNU4-15P. Each is linked with IVD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IVD-to-partner and partner-to-IVD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-680P grouped by IVD-low versus IVD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IVD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IVD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
