Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITPRIP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ITPRIP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ITPRIP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITPRIP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SKCM, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ITPRIP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
