Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,673 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein O-linked glycosylation via xylose, Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with ITPRIP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRIP results are reported.
