ITPRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPRIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, CSTL1, and PLCZ1. Each is linked with ITPRIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by ITPRIP-low versus ITPRIP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
