ITPRID2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPRID2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS1, SCML2, and ANXA2. Each is linked with ITPRID2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRID2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPRID2 versus CDS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
