ITPRID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPRID2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PR, Tuberin_pT1462, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ITPRID2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRID2-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PR grouped by ITPRID2-low versus ITPRID2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
