ITPR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,529 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF12L1, ASPHD2, and ERI3. Each is linked with ITPR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPR3-to-partner and partner-to-ITPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCAF12L1 grouped by ITPR3-low versus ITPR3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
