ITPKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,421 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBF2-AS1, BMP6, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with ITPKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKB-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SBF2-AS1 grouped by ITPKB-low versus ITPKB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
