ITPKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L3, SOWAHB, and ZBTB21. Each is linked with ITPKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKB-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L3 grouped by ITPKB-low versus ITPKB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
