ITPKA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPKA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01758, OR4F21, and RNU6-627P. Each is linked with ITPKA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKA-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01758 grouped by ITPKA-low versus ITPKA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
