ITPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,258 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, SETD3, and FNDC3B. Each is linked with ITPK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPK1 versus UBR7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
