ITPK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALM1, GON7, and TMEM251. Each is linked with ITPK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPK1 versus CALM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
