Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,000 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Inositol trisphosphate metabolic process, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with ITPK1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPK1 results are reported.
