ITM2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THY1, CAMK4, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with ITM2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2C-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITM2C versus THY1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
