Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITM2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF19, PPARGC1A, and C2orf72. Each is linked with ITM2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2C-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITM2C versus KIF19 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
