ITM2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ITM2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2C-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ITM2C-low versus ITM2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
