Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITM2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITM2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, GPR101, and OXGR1. Each is linked with ITM2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2C-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by ITM2C-low versus ITM2C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
