Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,140 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITM2BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KSR1_S406, KSR1, and HTATIP2. Each is linked with ITM2BP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITM2BP1 versus KSR1_S406 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
