ITM2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SEPTIN1, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with ITM2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2A-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITM2A versus RCSD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
