Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,426 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAMP2, HSPA12B, and SLC39A12. Each is linked with ITM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2A-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITM2A versus RAMP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
