ITM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6815, SSXP10, and SNORA10B. Each is linked with ITM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2A-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6815 grouped by ITM2A-low versus ITM2A-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
