ITIH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, NOLC1, and CTBP2P10. Each is linked with ITIH6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH6-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFR2 grouped by ITIH6-low versus ITIH6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
