ITIH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,266 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, NID1, and CAVIN2. Each is linked with ITIH5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH5-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITIH5 versus VWF in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
