ITIH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, SAPCD2, and BLOC1S2. Each is linked with ITIH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH5-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by ITIH5-low versus ITIH5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
