ITIH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITIH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,355 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, EXTL1, and S100B. Each is linked with ITIH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH5-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITIH5 versus CADM4 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
