ITIH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,113 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP6, LRRC32, and CD93. Each is linked with ITIH3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH3-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITIH3 versus TNFAIP6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
