ITIH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, INPP4B, and VHL. Each is linked with ITIH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH3-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by ITIH3-low versus ITIH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
