ITGB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,625 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, MMP2, and PALLD_S669. Each is linked with ITGB5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB5-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB5 versus CNN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
