Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITGB3BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ITGB3BP data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ITGB3BP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITGB3BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where ITGB3BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
