Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITGB3BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ITGB3BP data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ITGB3BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITGB3BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ITGB3BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
