Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGB1BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGB1BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2C, TAS2R7, and FTHL17. Each is linked with ITGB1BP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB1BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R2C grouped by ITGB1BP1-low versus ITGB1BP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB1BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB1BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
